Kurt and Denette Schaer are a seasoned husband-and-wife team who have spent over 26 years walking alongside couples on their marriage journey. As ordained ministers and certified marriage coaches through XO/Marriage Today’s Marriage on the Rock program, they bring both wisdom and lived experience to their work.
Counseling Philosophy
Together, they lead Broken For Better, a nonprofit ministry devoted to building authentic, resilient marriages that are equipped for everyday life. Through this ministry, they have ministered to the lost, discipled the believing, and coached countless individuals and couples from all walks of life.
